Founder and Chief Opportunity Officer
Mark founded Opportunity Lab and created Opportunity Intelligence. He’s the author of Culture of Opportunity: How to Grow Your Business in an Age of Disruption, a TEDx speaker, and for more than a decade has worked with founders, executives, and family-business leaders on the moments where a shift becomes possible. That’s his core insight: the resources are already there. Real change happens through people, in alignment.
John Natoli
Co-creator of Opportunity Intelligence and creator of the platform
John is co-creator of Opportunity Intelligence and the creator of the platform Unlock Your Network runs on. He designed the current Solo and Team workflows, built the synthesis layer that turns session material into structured plans, and built the visualization environment. The program’s current shape, three structured sessions and a platform clients keep after the sessions end, is his contribution.
Faith Firestone
Manager of Operations & Finance
Faith leads operations and finance at Opportunity Lab. She oversees financial processes, client coordination, internal systems, and the operational execution of projects. She works closely with leadership across business development, client delivery, and organizational growth. Faith earned her BFA from Point Park University’s Conservatory of Performing Arts, with additional study in business and arts management.
